多功能搅拌车皮带秤的校准方法：将速度控制器上的“自动/手动”开关设置到手动位置，将速度调节到小电位器，打开主机和速度控制器的电源。15分钟后，启动皮带秤，调节速度控制器上的速度，让电位器使皮带运转（转速400-500转/分），根据需要测试零点。按F3键将光标移动到要校准的K值的前面，然后按F5键，在已知重量（累计重量大于100KG）的跑带上放置一些沙袋。
