1、备用的散热器有效环境应保持通风、干燥。

1. The effective environment of standby radiator shall be ventilated and dry.

2、建议使用软硬水需软化处理后使用，避免造成散热器内部堵塞及水垢的产生。

2. It is recommended to use hard and soft water after softening treatment to avoid internal blockage of radiator and generation of scale.

3、在冬季为防止结冰造成芯子破裂现象，如搅拌车长期停车或间接停车时，应将水箱盖和放水开关，将水全部放出。

4、水位计应每3个月清洗一次或视实际情况，各部件拆下用温水加无腐蚀性洗涤剂清洗。

6、在日常使用中应随时检查水位，要停机降温后加水。加水时，将水箱盖慢慢打开，作业人员身体应尽量远离加水口，以防高压蒸汽油加水口喷出造成烫伤。

8、在使用防冻液，为了避免散热器的腐蚀，请务必使用正规厂家生产且符合标准的长效防锈防冻液。

9、视实际情况用户应在1～3个月间对散热器进行完全清洗一次芯体。清洗时，用清水沿反进风向侧冲洗。
