1、 Measurement error caused by unreasonable structure
In order to force the sensor evenly, the center of gravity of the aggregate entering the weighing hopper should be in a vertical line with the center of gravity of the weighing hopper. In fact, the aggregate is not a homogeneous material, and the design and manufacture error of the bucket itself makes the theoretical center of gravity not coincide with the actual center of gravity, resulting in the uneven stress of the three sensors and errors.
2、 The stability and reliability of components in batching control system produce errors.
In domestic concrete mixing plants, water and additives are usually measured by flow meters. Due to the limitation of the measuring principle of the flowmeter, the measured medium must be measured under the specified flow rate, flow rate, temperature, pressure, medium stability and other conditions to ensure the accuracy of measurement. In practical application, the fluctuation of these conditions leads to the measurement error of flowmeter.
3、 Human factors produce errors.
In the batching process, when the materials in the weighing hopper reach the set value, the feeding belt conveyor will stop automatically (the pneumatic feeding door is closed), but at this time, some materials still fall into the weighing hopper from the air, and the weight of these materials is called the drop.
Most batching machines do not automatically correct the drop. However, in order to ensure the accuracy of batching, the drop value of materials is usually artificially corrected by subtracting the set value from the drop value. After setting the drop value, because the aggregate is either dry or wet, or impacted by the loader when feeding, there will be errors between the actual drop value and the set drop value.
