自动搅拌一体机是工地建筑上所常用的一种机械，他对于工程起到很大的作用，减少了人工成本，同时工作效率也提升不少，那么自动搅拌一体机的各个部件该如何进行维护？

The automatic mixing machine is a kind of machinery commonly used in construction site. It plays a great role in the project, reduces the labor cost, and improves the work efficiency. How to maintain each part of the automatic mixing machine?

1、可靠的性，刹车片在制动时会产生瞬时的高温，自动上料搅拌一体机，尤其在高速行驶或紧急制动时。在高温状态下，摩擦片的摩擦系数会下降，自动上料搅拌一体机，称为热性。热性的高低决定自动上料搅拌车的高温状态和紧急制动时的。

加强对发动机，齿轮箱，车桥周期性保养，长时间停用，水箱内不宜储水。1200小时更换机油和齿轮油，连续工作7天清洗柴油，机油滤芯，空气滤芯100小时清洗一次。

轮胎气压出车前检查，及时补足气压。

前后桥连接轴肖和各油缸轴套、前后传动轴每天工作完毕要要注人黄油。
