Some customers don't know how to select suitable concrete mixers in their own projects or construction. Here, Shanqi engineering introduces you several key elements of purchasing automatic mixer.

自动搅拌一体机的挑选主要有3种，即按工程量和工期请求挑选、按规划的混凝土品种挑选、按混凝土的构成特性和稠度方面挑选。

There are three main types of automatic mixer, namely, according to the requirements of quantities and construction period, according to the planned concrete varieties, and according to the composition characteristics and consistency of concrete.

1、按工程量和工期请求挑选：混凝土项目量大且工期长时，宜选用中型或大型固定式混凝土拌和机或拌和站。如混凝土项目量小且工期短时，宜选用中小型移动式拌和机。

1. Selection according to the requirements of quantities and construction period: medium or large fixed concrete mixer or mixing station should be selected when the concrete project quantity is large and the construction period is long. If the quantity of concrete items is small and the construction period is short, small and medium-sized mobile mixers should be selected.

2、按规划的混凝土品种挑选：拌和混凝土为塑性或半塑式时，宜选用自落式拌和机。如拌和混凝土为高强度、干硬性或为轻质混凝土时，宜选用强制式拌和机。

2. Selection according to the planned concrete variety: when the mixed concrete is plastic or semi-plastic, the self falling mixer should be selected. If the mixed concrete is high-strength, dry and hard or light concrete, the forced mixer should be selected.

3、按混凝土的构成特性和稠度方面挑选：如拌和混凝土稠度小且骨料粒度大时，宜选用容量较大的自落式拌和机。如拌和稠度大而骨料粒度大的混凝土时，宜选用拌和筒转速较快的自落式拌和机。如稠度大而骨料粒度小时，宜选用强制式拌和机或中、小容量的锥形反转出料的拌和机。

3. Select according to the composition characteristics and consistency of concrete: if the consistency of mixing concrete is small and the particle size of aggregate is large, the self falling mixer with large capacity should be selected. For example, when mixing concrete with high consistency and large aggregate particle size, the self falling mixer with fast rotating speed of mixing drum should be selected. If the consistency is large and the aggregate particle size is small, the forced mixer or the conical reverse discharge mixer with medium and small capacity should be selected.
