这种翘起动作的落地惯性，会造成铲斗的刃板断裂、铲斗变形；后轮翘起很高时还容易引起前后机架等结构的焊接处开裂，甚板材断裂等。第三是严禁撞击料堆。铲挖普通物料，自动搅拌车可以用II档作业，严禁以II档以上的档位向料堆进行惯性冲击。正确的方法应该是铲斗在接近料堆时适时地把档位转换为I档完成一个铲料过程。
