Automatic mixer is a common engineering vehicle in our life. Owners should pay attention to the maintenance cycle and mode in the use process, otherwise it may be dangerous. Now we will briefly explain the reasons for the engine oil burning of concrete mixer.
Under the normal driving conditions of the concrete mixer, the brake shoe shall be inspected every 5000 km. Not only the remaining thickness, but also the wear state of the concrete mixer shoe, whether the wear degree on both sides is the same, whether it can return freely, etc. if abnormal conditions are found, they must be handled immediately. During replacement, the brake pads of the concrete mixer provided by the original spare parts shall be replaced. Only in this way can the braking effect between the brake pads and brake discs of the concrete mixer be good and the wear is small. After the brake shoe of the mixer is replaced, it needs to be run in for 200km to achieve good braking effect. The newly replaced concrete mixer shoe must be driven carefully. The causes and maintenance factors of engine oil burning of automatic mixer are as follows:
1、 The mixture of the automatic mixing integrated vehicle burns in the combustion chamber, and its flame diffuses from the ignition point in a "wave" way, so it takes a short time from ignition to complete combustion of oil and gas.
2、 Although oil and gas need to be ignited by the spark plug of concrete mixer, too high temperature and high pressure environment will also cause oil and gas spontaneous combustion.
The general detonation is because the flame has not fully diffused after the oil and gas in the combustion chamber is ignited. The long-distance unburned oil and gas is spontaneous combustion due to high temperature or high pressure. Its flame collides with the regular combustion flame to produce large pressure, resulting in abnormal knocking of the concrete mixer engine.
Knock is mainly caused by the following reasons:
1、 Ignition angle is too early: in order to obtain power immediately after the piston enters the power stroke after the compression TDC, it is usually ignited in advance before the piston reaches the TDC. Too early ignition will cause most of the oil and gas to burn when the piston is still in the compression stroke. At this time, the unburned oil and gas will spontaneous combustion under great pressure, resulting in detonation.
2、 Excessive carbon deposition in the engine of the automatic mixer: excessive carbon deposition in the combustion chamber of the concrete mixer engine will not only increase the compression ratio, but also produce high-temperature hot spots on the carbon deposition surface, causing the cement engine of the concrete mixer to knock.
3、 Incorrect air-fuel ratio: too thin fuel air mixture ratio will increase the combustion temperature, and the increase of combustion temperature will increase the engine temperature of concrete mixer truck. Of course, it is easy to knock.
4、 Low octane number of fuel: octane number is an indicator of fuel anti knock. The higher the octane number, the stronger the anti knock performance. The pressure in the combustion chamber of the concrete mixer engine with high compression ratio is high. If the fuel with low explosion resistance is used, it is easy to knock.
The brake shoe of the automatic mixing integrated vehicle is generally composed of iron lining plate and friction materials. Do not replace the shoe until the friction materials are worn out.
