多功能搅拌车广泛适用于中小型建筑工程混凝土的混凝土生产以及养殖用青储饲料的搅拌作业，根据外形分辨，主要分为圆筒式多功能搅拌车和平口式多功能搅拌车。

The multi-functional mixer truck is widely used in the concrete production of small and medium-sized construction engineering concrete and the mixing operation of green stored feed for breeding. According to the shape discrimination, it is mainly divided into cylindrical multi-functional mixer truck and flat mouth multi-functional mixer truck.

大家都知道，多功能搅拌车在每天使用后要及时清洗，以防止搅拌车罐内残存的混凝土凝固或者对设备造成腐蚀。下面简要介绍一下多功能搅拌车的清洗过程：

As we all know, the multi-functional mixer truck should be cleaned in time after use every day to prevent the residual concrete in the tank of the mixer truck from solidification or corrosion to the equipment. The following is a brief introduction to the cleaning process of multifunctional mixer truck:

1、每天的工作结束后，将搅拌罐内注入适量的水，并保持搅拌罐缓慢旋转；

1. After the work every day, inject an appropriate amount of water into the mixing tank and keep the mixing tank rotating slowly;

2、将多功能搅拌车水箱里的水加满，以保证清洗过程的水量充足；

2. Fill up the water in the water tank of the multifunctional mixer truck to ensure sufficient water in the cleaning process;

3、向罐体内注水，注水过程中保持搅拌罐工作状态，以足够的水量保证洗掉搅拌罐内残存的混凝土；

3. Inject water into the tank, maintain the working state of the mixing tank during the water injection process, and wash off the residual concrete in the mixing tank with sufficient water;

4、打开洗车泵，接好高压水枪（多功能搅拌车标配，有些厂家可能需要定制）；

4. Turn on the car washing pump and connect the high-pressure water gun (standard for multi-functional mixer, some manufacturers may need to customize);

5、仔细清洗罐体、进料口、出料口、车身等残留物料；

5. Carefully clean residual materials such as tank body, feed inlet, discharge outlet and vehicle body;

6、确认没有水泥和混凝土结块后，将搅拌罐内污水放掉。

6. After confirming that there is no cement and concrete caking, drain the sewage in the mixing tank.
