在搅拌车中，散热器可以说发挥着十分重要的作用，特别是在温度比较高的时节使用，可有效保障车辆内部的舒适性和运行。不过，倘若散热器使用不当的话，也非常有可能带来意想不到的严重后果，所以，使用时的重中之重是要严格按照使用说明进行操作。下面我们就为大家简单介绍下自动搅拌一体车散热器的正确使用方式。

In the mixer, the radiator can be said to play a very important role, especially in the high temperature season, can effectively guarantee the comfort and operation safety of the vehicle interior. However, if the radiator is not used properly, it is very likely to bring unexpected serious consequences, so the most important thing is to operate in strict accordance with the instructions. Now we will briefly introduce the correct use of the radiator of the automatic mixer truck.

搅拌车散热器使用中应注意以下几点事项：

Attention should be paid to the following points in the use of mixer radiator:

1、备用的散热器有效环境应保持通风、干燥；

1. The effective environment of spare radiator should be kept ventilated and dry;

2、自动搅拌一体车散热器不应与任何酸、碱或其它腐蚀性性质接触；

2. The radiator of automatic mixer truck shall not contact with any acid, alkali or other corrosive properties;

3、建议使用软硬水需软化处理后使用，避免造成散热器内部堵塞及水垢的产生；

3. It is suggested that the soft and hard water should be softened before use to avoid the blockage and scale in the radiator;

4、水位计应每3个月清洗一次或视实际情况，各部件拆下用温水加无腐蚀性洗涤剂清洗；

4. The water level gauge should be cleaned every 3 months or as the case may be, all parts should be removed and cleaned with warm water and non corrosive detergent;

5、在安装散热器过程中，请不要损坏散热带（片）和碰伤散热器，以保障散热能力和密封；

5. In the process of installing the radiator, please do not damage the heat dissipation belt (fin) or damage the radiator to ensure the heat dissipation capacity and sealing;

6、在使用防冻液，为了避免散热器的腐蚀，请务必使用正规厂家生产且符合标准的长效防锈防冻液；

6. In the use of antifreeze, in order to avoid the corrosion of the radiator, be sure to use regular manufacturers and meet the national standard of long-term anti rust antifreeze;

7、散热器内完全放水再注水时，要先将发动机缸体的放水开关扭开，有水流出时，再关上，从而避免产生水泡；

7. When the radiator is completely drained and then filled with water, first turn on the drain switch of the engine block, and then turn off when there is water flowing out, so as to avoid blisters;

8、在冬季为防止结冰造成芯子破裂现象，如自上料搅拌车长期停车或间接停车时，应将水箱盖和放水开关，将水全部放出；

8. In winter, in order to prevent core cracking caused by icing, such as long-term or indirect parking of self loading mixer, the water tank cover and drain switch should be used to drain all water;

在自动搅拌一体车日常使用中应随时检查水位，要停机降温后加水。加水时，将水箱盖慢慢打开，作业人员身体应尽量远离加水口，以防高压蒸汽油加水口喷出造成烫伤

In the daily use of the automatic mixer truck, the water level should be checked at any time, and the water should be added after shutdown to cool down. When adding water, open the water tank cover slowly, and keep the operator away from the water inlet as far as possible, so as to prevent scalding caused by high-pressure steam gasoline spraying out of the water inlet
