导致自动搅拌一体机3不能正常工作的原因通常具有以下两种：（1）液压系统或发动机失效；（2）电机故障。

处理方法如下：

一、液压系统或发动机故障的处理：

1、 Troubleshooting of hydraulic system or engine:

1.打开自动搅拌一体机混合管后检查孔盖，松开电机上高压软管的管接头，旋转搅拌筒，使搅拌筒的混合孔向下倾斜，排出混凝土搅拌筒的混合孔；

1. Open the inspection hole cover after the mixing pipe of the automatic mixing machine, loosen the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing drum, make the mixing hole of the mixing drum tilt downward, and discharge the mixing hole of the concrete mixing drum;

2.从电机上拆下故障车辆的高压软管，连接高压软管进行救援，将另一端连接到救援车的油泵，并将应急回油管的末端连接到故障车辆的电动机。回油管的另一端连接到救援车的油泵返回口，救援车用于控制故障车的混合滚筒旋转。

2. Remove the high-pressure hose of the faulty vehicle from the motor, connect the high-pressure hose for rescue, connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, and connect the end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor of the faulty vehicle. The other end of the oil return pipe is connected to the oil pump return port of the rescue vehicle, which is used to control the rotation of the mixing drum of the fault vehicle.

二、电机故障：这种情况操作相对简单，救援车的电机可以拆除故障车，然后将各种油管连接起来，启动救援车可以将混合鼓内的痰液排出。

2、 Motor failure: in this case, the operation is relatively simple. The motor of the rescue vehicle can remove the failed vehicle, and then connect various oil pipes. Starting the rescue vehicle can discharge the sputum in the mixing drum.

简而言之，当自动搅拌一体机发生故障时，应及时判断故障原因，并在解决故障之前采取有效措施排出自自动搅拌一体机中的混凝土等。
