自上料混凝土搅拌车门窗以及焊缝处其实都会粘贴封胶条，这也是为了确保密封性所采取的操作，不然这些缝隙处就会容易被外面的风沙所塞满，从而引起腐蚀等一系列不良现象。今天小编要在这里跟大家分享一下关于自动上料混凝土搅拌车密封胶条的日常维护。

1、检查混凝土搅拌车密封条有无大的裂纹，有无断裂。如果密封条断裂了，可以使用粘结剂进行修补。特别是使用密封条专用粘结剂，很容易就能把大的裂纹条补好。当然，如果密封条损伤严重，或老化程度较大，好还是更换上新密封条省事。

1. Check whether the sealing strip of concrete mixer truck has large cracks and fractures. If the sealing strip breaks, it can be repaired with adhesive. 2、司机在使用混凝土搅拌车洗涤剂进行清洗门窗密封胶条之后，好涂覆一层高透性的保护剂，这样既能防止密封条老化又能很大地提高密封条的密封性。除此之外，密封条的缝隙之间很容易塞满沙尘，从而引发锈蚀。为此，应该用刷子把沙尘等清干净。

3、在更换整个车身时，应在焊缝的搭接部分涂一层密封胶，胶层厚度应约为1mm，并且胶层不得有虚粘、气泡等缺陷。在整个地板下表面和前轮罩下表面应涂3mm-4mm的弹性涂层及防腐涂层。这些措施不仅可以大大增强整车的密封性和减慢车身的锈蚀速度，而且还可以大大提高乘坐适性。

3. 4、车门与车身的密封是一个比较困难的部位，密封要求比较严，应密封的部分比较长，各密封部位的断面形状不尽相同，而且车门启闭频繁。在混凝土搅拌车上常设置3道，4道密封，安装前支柱及车顶侧横梁部位的四重密封的构造。这种多道密封一般都布置在前门缝里，除具有密封功能外，还有汽车隔音降噪的作用。

5、在车窗玻璃损坏后，司机在换用玻璃时，要检查密封条有无损伤。由于车窗经过修理后往往回复不到原来的形状，因此，这时除了要保证能轻松拉动或升降车窗玻璃外，还要注意车窗玻璃四周的密封性。如果玻璃同玻璃槽口的缝隙不均，橡胶条与玻璃、玻璃槽接触不良，司机可以用手能轻易地将密封条拉脱。

6、司机在换车顶时，应先在车顶周边压合处涂一层导电密封胶，待焊好后再在流水槽内及接缝处遍涂折边胶，这不但有助于车身的密封，更可防止车身因翻边焊缝处积水而产生早期锈蚀。

6. 7、混凝土搅拌车天窗是大多数家用轿车的基本配置。当汽车天窗打开时，橡胶密封条轨道暴露在空气中，难免堆积粉尘，甚跑进小沙砾。长时间使用可能导致天窗因磨损而变形，并堵塞排水孔。所以定期清理轨道，为轨道涂抹润滑油十分重要。
