在高科技快速发展的当今社会，人们都追求更高更快的工作效率，因此，在建筑工程中自动上料水泥搅拌车在其中就扮演了举足轻重的地位，但是在享受自动上料水泥搅拌车带来的便利的同时又要接受它的小缺点，比如，混凝土搅拌车常见的漏油问题，那么，我们怎样混凝土搅拌车常见的漏油问题呢？

In today's society, with the rapid development of high-tech, people are pursuing higher and faster work efficiency. Therefore, the automatic loading cement mixer plays a pivotal role in construction projects. However, while enjoying the convenience brought by the automatic loading cement mixer, we should accept its small shortcomings, such as the common oil leakage problem of concrete mixer, How can we solve the common oil leakage problem of concrete mixer?

1、重视衬垫作用。混凝土搅拌车静置部位零部件之间的衬垫起着防漏密封作用。若在材料、制作质量及安装上不符合技术规范，就起不到密封防漏作用，甚发生事故。如油底壳或气门罩盖，由于接触面积大而不易压实，由此造成漏油。

1. Pay attention to the function of cushion. The liner between the stationary parts of the concrete mixer plays a leak proof and sealing role. If the materials, manufacturing quality and installation do not conform to the technical specifications, it will not play a role in sealing and leakage prevention, and even cause accidents. For example, oil pan or valve cover is not easy to be compacted due to large contact area, resulting in oil leakage.

2、混凝土搅拌车上各类紧固螺母都需按规定的扭矩拧紧。过松压不紧衬垫会渗漏;过紧又会使螺孔周围金属凸起或将丝扣努而引起漏油。另外，油底壳放油螺塞若未拧紧或回松脱落，容易造成机油流失，继而发生“烧瓦抱轴”的机损事故。

2. All fastening nuts on the concrete mixer shall be tightened according to the specified torque. The gasket will leak if it is too loose and not tight; If it is too tight, the metal around the screw hole will bulge or the screw thread will be pulled to cause oil leakage. In addition, if the oil drain plug of the oil pan is not tightened or loosened and falls off, it is easy to cause oil loss, and then the machine damage accident of "bearing burning and shaft holding" occurs.

3、及时更换失效油封。混凝土搅拌车上很多动置部位会因安装不妥，轴颈与油封刃口不同心，偏摆而甩油。有些油封使用过久会因橡胶老化而失去弹性。发现渗漏应及时更新。

3. Replace the failed oil seal in time. Many moving parts of the concrete mixer truck will throw oil due to improper installation, misalignment of the journal and oil seal blade, and deflection. Some oil seals will lose elasticity due to rubber aging after being used for too long. If leakage is found, it shall be updated in time.

4、避免单向阀、通气阀堵死。由此引起箱壳内温度升高，油气充满整个空间、排放不出去，使箱壳内压力升高润滑油消耗增加和更换周期缩短。混凝土搅拌车发动机通气系统堵塞后，增加了活塞的运动阻力，使油耗增加。由于箱壳内外气压差的作用，往往会引起密封薄弱处漏油。因此需对混凝土搅拌车进行定期检查、疏通、清洗。

4. Avoid blocking of check valve and vent valve. As a result, the temperature in the case increases, the oil and gas fill the whole space and cannot be discharged, which increases the pressure in the case and increases the consumption of lubricating oil and shortens the replacement cycle. After the engine ventilation system of the concrete mixer is blocked, the movement resistance of the piston is increased, and the fuel consumption is increased. Due to the effect of the air pressure difference between the inside and outside of the casing, oil leakage often occurs at the weak sealing position. Therefore, the concrete mixer truck shall be regularly inspected, dredged and cleaned.

5、妥善混凝土搅拌车各类油管接头密封。车用联管螺母经常拆装，容易滑丝断扣而松脱，会引起渗油。更换联管螺母，用研磨法其锥面密封，使螺母压紧而密封。

5. Properly solve the sealing of various oil pipe joints of concrete mixer. The car union nut is often disassembled and assembled, which is easy to be loosened due to the broken thread and the oil leakage. Replace the union nut, and use grinding method to solve the cone sealing problem, so that the nut is compressed to solve the sealing problem.

6、避免混凝土搅拌车轮毂甩油。轮毂轴承及腔内润滑油脂过多，或其油封装配不妥，质量不良及老化失效;制动频繁引起的轮毂温度过高;车轴螺母松动等都会引起混凝土搅拌车轮毂甩油。因此要用“空腔润滑法”，疏通通气孔。

6. Avoid oil spilling from the hub of concrete mixer truck. There is too much lubricating grease in the hub bearing and cavity, or the oil package is not properly matched, with poor quality and aging failure; High wheel hub temperature caused by frequent braking; Loose axle nuts will cause the hub of the concrete mixer to shed oil. Therefore, "cavity lubrication method" shall be used to dredge the air vent.
