1.强制式自动搅拌一体机

当强制式搅拌机启动开始转动之后，在叶片的转动带动下，投入到搅拌机内的物料在两个拌合筒中上下的翻滚，做规则的圆周运动；与此同时，叶片之间的相互错开的位置关系让混合料在搅拌转动中能够变换位置，在叶片重叠的位置上混合物会在叶片的推动下以及转动轴的搅动下从一个旋转平面向另一个旋转平面运动。这样的复杂搅拌过程使得混合料能够更加有效的、更充分的进行混合和搅拌，实现搅拌均匀，保证了混凝土的搅拌质量。

2.滚筒式自动搅拌一体机

2. Drum type automatic mixing machine

滚筒式自动搅拌一体机为搅拌筒的构造，简体为双锥形，筒内焊有高、低叶片，分别与拌筒轴线成一定夹角。搅拌进，随着拌筒旋转，叶片使物料在提升、下落的同时，又作轴向往复搅动，因此搅拌强烈，效果较好。其运转方向为正方向搅拌而反方向出料。
