搅拌车的底盘上的零部件也很多，减震器这个部件大家应该都比较熟悉，减震器是用来抑弹簧吸振后反弹是的震荡及来自路面的冲击。在搅拌车的行驶过程中减震器一般都会有响声，这是因为减震器与钢板弹簧、车架或轴相互碰撞，胶垫损坏或是减震器防尘筒变形，油液缺乏等原因引起的，怎么判断减震器是否良好呢？

如果搅拌车的减震器失效或者出现问题，应查看减震器是否有漏油现象，用力按下保险杠，然后松开，假如搅拌车有两到三次的腾跃，就说明减震器是好的。搅拌车在缓慢行驶中紧急制动，此时如果车辆的振动比较厉害，就说明减震器有问题，需要拆下减震器将其直立，并把下端衔接环夹在台钳上，用力拉压减震杆数次，此时应有稳定的阻力，往上拉的阻力应大于向下的阻力，如果阻力不稳定或无阻力，可能是减震器内部缺油或阀门零件损坏，应终止修复或更换零件，并应立即送去维修。
