要想使自动搅拌车的使用寿命延长，就需要对自动搅拌车进行定期保养，对于保养这件事，很多车主都知道保养的作用。但是自动搅拌车的不见很多，有的时候车主会在保养的时候有所遗漏，为了使自动搅拌车的使用更好，应该对每一个部件都要进行保养。

1、发电机

1. Generator

它是在车工作中的作用是发电，通过自动搅拌车发动机的转动来带动发电机的转动，产生电流后供自动搅拌车其他部分使用。虽然发电机是一个被动装置，理论上损耗要小于其他部件，但对于自动搅拌车转动轴承和皮带轮来说，也是发电机易受磨损的部位。

After generating current, it is used by other parts of the automatic mixer car. 建议多检查自动搅拌车皮带的松紧度，合理维护发电机。

2、点火线

2. Ignition wire

自动搅拌车火花塞相信大家都知道，也有的司机会自己更换火花塞，但与之相比，点火线就很少被关注了。有的司机说：为什么自己的车没有什么毛病，但就是不爱着火呢？行驶的油耗变高，动力差，如果不是其他原因引起的话。

Some drivers said: why is there nothing wrong with their car, but they just don't like fire? The fuel consumption of driving becomes higher and the power is poor, if it is not caused by other reasons.

建议司机检查一下点火线。建议每两万更换点火线

3、制动盘

搅拌车制动盘相信大家都要熟悉，目前越来越多的自动搅拌车都逐渐从前盘后鼓的制动配置过度。采用盘式刹车的好处在于其拥有更好地散热性，而且清理和更换更加方便。多数司机都认为刹车片要比刹车盘更加容易磨损，没有对刹车盘引起足够的重视，事实上盘与片的作用力都是相互的，接触摩擦都会有磨损，而且刹车盘表面要比刹车片光滑，容易受刹车片粗糙表面的影响。刹车片本身就是易损件，但是在我们检查更换刹车片的同时，也要注意搅拌车刹车盘表面的状况，如果出现比较清晰的划痕。

The brake pad itself is a vulnerable part, but when we check and replace the brake pad, we should also pay attention to the condition of the brake disc surface of the mixer, if there are relatively clear scratches.

建议更换新的刹车盘，以免出现意向不到的后果
