1、自动搅拌一体机运输混凝土过程中如车辆发生故障，出现罐体停转现象时，请按如下操作方法施救：（1）应检查是否为操纵机构故障，摆动操纵手柄观察油泵摆杆是否发生变化；（2）若操纵机构无异常，应尝试采用应急油管进行施救；若应急油管施救无效，则需要立即打开罐体检修孔将混凝土清理出来；若检修孔位置不合适，必须在前锥适当位置使用气割紧急开孔，然后以快的速度将罐内混凝土清理出来。

1. 2、自动搅拌一体机从混凝土入罐到排出，气温高时，2小时内尽量排出，阴雨天气温度低时，不宜超过3小时。

3、自动搅拌一体机在排出混凝土之前，应使搅拌筒高速转动1分钟，再进行排料。

4、自动搅拌一体机出料完毕，应立即用随车的软管放水，将进料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位冲洗干净，排去粘结在车身各处的混凝土，再向搅拌筒内注水150-200L的清水。在返回途中要让搅拌筒慢速转动，以清洗内壁，避免残余料渣附在筒壁和搅拌叶片上，在下一次装料前将这些水放掉。

4. 5、自动搅拌一体机运送混凝土时，车速不得超过40km/h，以保证行车。
