自动上料搅拌车在被我们实际操作使用过程中有时候会因为一些原因导致其出现堵料现象的发生，在在一定程度上是可以直接影响搅拌车施工效率的，那么接下来就让小编教教大家一些如何避免它堵料的方法：

1、上下料时间参数不合理

1. Unreasonable loading and unloading time parameters

自动上料机因料仓内无法加装料位机，所以行业基本都有时间控制。如何设置时间参数，上下料时间设置其实很简单，在初次使用时，先设置一个小的时候，然后根据每次吸料位置慢慢加，当达到料位达到吸料口的时间，再减去一秒就是合理时间。放料时间是确保放完料再加一秒。

这样做有两个好处：一是料位太高对滤芯伤害特别大，我们有些客户一个滤芯能用两年有些用半年就是这个原因。二是每次料都能放干净，下料阀在关闭的时候不会出现带料关阀，带料关阀对没分钟开关五六次的这种频繁工作的密封圈伤害特别大。

The material shut-off valve is particularly harmful to the frequent working sealing ring that does not open and close five or six times per minute.

2、自动上料搅拌车进料口给料量是否合理

我们很多项目使用手动料枪吸料，操作为了方便直接将料枪插入物料桶或者吨袋中，料枪吸料口被严实的物料压缩，强大的负压将满满的物料拉走，这对上料机伤害非常大，且极易堵塞管道。

正确的方式是物料在吸料口和空气形成一定的气物混合比，在气流的推动下均匀流入上料机。这个时候我们需要将料枪设计带有补气功能。如果物料积压时间过长可能很硬，这个时候需要在料枪上装一个振荡器，敲碎结块的物料。
