2、侧叶片与关内壁卡滞物料时，在搅拌轴停转前往往会有尖锐刺耳的摩擦声，出现这种情况立即停机检查，人工排除异物，重新调整混凝土自动上料搅拌车搅拌叶片或侧叶片与罐内壁间的间隙，有必要时可以用水先清洗下。
