在城市规划建设基本建设地面、道路公路桥梁、房屋、混凝土搅拌站以及水利水电工程工程项目中，混凝土搅拌站车可谓是不可或缺的运送常用工具，十分是自动搅拌一体机，因其具有车身窄、轴距短等情感化设计计划方案特点，因而对高度限制、宽、长的工作环境有很强的运用优势。那么，功能完善的自动搅拌一体机到底是如何工作上的呢？

2.混泥土搅拌料的拌和运送。一般有2种情况：颗粒物料和水料拌和运送。颗粒物料注水拌和运送：在调味品站将石料、混泥土等颗粒物料按混泥土配置加上拌和筒内，再将拌和饮用水加上车内储储水箱，在半途适当的间隔或时间将水喷入筒内，对混泥土进行拌和，也可去施工施工工地后拌和。水料拌和运送：在调味品站将石料砂石料、混泥土和水等搅拌料按配置此外放进拌和筒内，拌和筒在运送半途以8～12r/min的传动比转动，对搅拌料进行拌和，开展拌和工作中。

2. Mixing and transportation of concrete mixing materials. Generally, there are two situations: mixing and transportation of granular materials and water materials. Water injection, mixing and transportation of granular materials: add granular materials such as stone and concrete into the mixing drum according to the concrete configuration in the condiment station, and then add the mixing drinking water into the internal storage tank. Spray water into the drum at appropriate intervals or time on the way to mix the concrete, or go to the construction site for mixing. Mixing and transportation of water materials: put the mixing materials such as stone, sand and stone, concrete and water into the mixing drum according to the configuration in the condiment station. The mixing drum rotates at the transmission ratio of 8 ~ 12R / min during the transportation to mix the mixing materials and carry out the mixing work.

上述2种方式比照，前边一种更能提升对混泥土的运送時间或间隔。还有一种方式是从某种程度上来讲，自动搅拌一体机基本替代了混凝土搅拌站的作用，为应用人既节省了机械设备投资项目，又提高了生产率。但是，在混泥土粘结力，均匀等质量上存在着难点，不象混凝土搅拌站生产加工的混泥土那样好。因而，为保证混泥土的质量，考虑到当今基建项目建筑施工的要求，另一种工作方式变成了目前自动搅拌一体机的甄选工作方式。

Compared with the above two methods, the former one can better improve the transportation time or interval of concrete. Another way is that to some extent, the automatic mixing machine basically replaces the role of the concrete mixing plant, which not only saves the investment projects of mechanical equipment, but also improves the productivity for the users. However, there are difficulties in the quality of concrete adhesion and uniformity, which is not as good as the concrete produced and processed in the concrete mixing plant. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of concrete, considering the requirements of today's infrastructure project construction, another working mode has become the current selection working mode of automatic mixing machine.

当然，要想更各个方面地充分运用自动搅拌一体机的功效和优势，进熟悉混凝土搅拌车的基本原理仍是不够的，更重要的是掌握适当操作流程，并提高对混凝土搅拌车的维修保养和检查维修，仅有那般才能够保证混凝土搅拌车从始终运行状态。
