我们都知道，混凝土需要不断拌和，否则就会变凝固，自动搅拌一体机的出现与应用了混凝土运输的问题，该车具有车身窄、轴距短、转弯半径小等个性化设计等特点，对限高、宽、长的工作环境有较强的优势。在出车前，希望搅拌一体机驾驶员务要再三去查验这些注意事项，明确没什么问题了以后再开车，一起来具体了解一下吧。

一、认真查验及时处理故障检测

1、 Check carefully and deal with the fault detection in time

1、不可以重车坏在路上，不然发生闷罐就麻烦了，混凝土通常停罐不可以超出两个钟头，C40往上级别的混凝土基本就不可以停。

1. It is not allowed that heavy vehicles break down on the road, otherwise it will be troublesome to have a stuffy tank. Generally, the concrete tank can not be stopped for more than two hours, and the C40 concrete can not be stopped basically.

2、打火前先查验机油、防冻液、润滑油和冷却水等，发觉不够时，应再次进行加上。

2. Check the engine oil, antifreeze, lubricating oil and cooling water before ignition. If it is found that they are not enough, add them again.

3、开启后，再让罐子低速旋转，围绕着车查验轮胎气压，是不是有漏气的胎，再用螺丝刀剔掉在胎缝中的碎石子，查验。

3. After opening, let the jar rotate at a low speed, around the car to check the tire pressure, whether there is a leaking tire, and then use a screwdriver to remove the gravel in the seam of the tire to check.

4、是不是有钉子之类扎在胎里。

5、再查验灯光，尤其是腰灯，尽量保障照着车胎边缘，施工工地会经常乱堆放钢筋之类的物品，而胎侧是较薄弱的。

6、用毛巾擦干净两边的后视镜，窗户玻璃，施工工地路况复杂，光线不太好，视野要保障。

二、保障水箱里有充足的水，有减水剂

因各种各样原因料太干，没有水加上放不出料的情况下，减水剂便是救命稻草。

三、确认的搅拌罐处在停止状态

3、 Confirm that the mixing tank is in stop state

由于发动机运作时要是罐子处在高速旋转状态，一瞬间的力会非常大的，伤减速机。

When the engine is running, if the can is in a high-speed rotating state, the instantaneous force will be very large, which will damage the reducer.

自动搅拌一体机会将混凝土运输，而且提供拌和功能，如此一来混凝土会很松软，不容易干结。出车前，务必要多多查验搅拌机的一些状况，例如方向盘车胎是不是一切正常，查验明确没什么问题以后再驾驶。驾驶过程中务必要认真看路。
