3.若动臂不能进行升降起落，也无法实现转向动作，且本身也不可实现行走。这种情况大多数是由于搅拌斗变速器的钢板链接被螺栓剪断、弹性板破裂导致的。将柴油机、变速箱一起吊出，拆除变矩器柴油机的连接位置，并检查出损坏位置，更换并修好零件即可。

3. If the boom cannot rise and fall, it cannot realize steering action, and it cannot realize walking itself. This situation is mostly caused by the steel plate link of the mixing bucket transmission being cut off by bolts and the elastic plate being broken. Lift out the diesel engine and gearbox together, remove the connection position of the torque converter diesel engine, check the damaged position, and replace and repair the parts.
