We all know the harm of overloading, but overloading has been repeatedly prohibited. With the increase of transportation cost and the decrease of freight profit, some manufacturers have to push up to Liangshan to reduce the cost through overloading. It's not only these large freight trucks, but also all-in-one automatic mixer has always been a disaster area of overload, which is also the normal occupation. It can be said for sure that the all-in-one automatic mixer on the market is suspected to be overloaded. We know it by heart. Before confirming whether an automatic mixer truck is overloaded, we need to understand the following three concepts: what is the volume, mixing volume and tank truck volume?
1. Allowable volume: the actual allowable volume of the mixing tank, which refers to the volume calculated by mathematical method in the design of the mixing tank.
2. Mixing volume: as for the horizontal position of the automatic mixer truck, the mixing bucket can contain large amount of concrete materials (including water) without mixing, and can mix the amount of concrete transported to the concrete (based on the volume after tamping). It is a large capacity that the automatic mixer truck can load the mixture of concrete materials (including water, cement, sand, etc.) without material leakage. Generally, the volume of a few cubic tank cars we call everyday refers to the volume of a tank car.
3. Volume of mixer truck: the volume of ready mixed concrete that can be transported by mixer truck (based on the volume after tamping), and the volume of concrete that can reach the project site and be unloaded. Considering that the mixing drum will be skew when going up the slope, the volume of the mixer truck is small.
As for the loading constraints of automatic mixer truck, the state has clear specifications. Take our common four after eight mixing tank truck as an example, which is also the four axis mixing tank truck in the table above. After it is filled with concrete, its total mass is less than or equal to 31 tons, the volume of mixing drum is less than or equal to 15.5 square centimeters, and the stirring volume of mixing drum is less than or equal to 8 square centimeters.
